I have nothing but great things to say about Cruz kid care academy. We have been a part of the CKCA family for 4 years now. I am so blessed that I have never had to worry if my kids are being taken care of. My children love the teachers and the owners (Sandy & Sherrin). I love that the owners of the business are hands on and know all the kids and they all treat my boys like their own. The communication is great and my boys have learned so much. They come home and teach me things (sign language). The entire CKCA is very appreciated by my family and many other families.
Absolutely love this center! My children were well cared for and learned so much. The directors know each of the children and truly care for them. The teachers in the classrooms do a wonderful job preparing the little ones for school and basic development skills.
My daughter was supposed to start here on the 17th of December but unfortunately due to family issues and financial issues my boyfriend and I had to move back home to Maryland. When I called them to tell them about what happened and I would like my $185 deposit back, they told me no. Apparently, you put the deposit down to hold your spot which is the first weeks daycare amount but they fail to tell you that it is NON-REFUNDABLE. They do not tell you this in their tour or even when you drop the money off. They do not go over anything with you and they do not give you any copies of anything. They cut off the bottom piece of the intake paper which basically states you have the right to have them investigated that’s it. The paperwork they give you to fill out for their records of your child does not state this either. For other parents, please look around elsewhere. Or if you have the money to throw away, at least ask for copies. They are a bunch of scam artists
I can not say enough about Cruz Kid Care Academy! It’s hard to find a place you can trust, let alone one that will treat each child with such compassion. My oldest was advanced beyond her peers when starting kindergarten, due to all she had learned while attending Cruz Kid Care Academy. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Over the last 7 years, Cruz Kid Care Academy has become our extended family and we could not imagine being anywhere else!
My daughter was at Cruz Kid Care Academy for 2 years before entering Kindergarten. The owners, Sherrin and Sandy, and staff are incredibly professional, super loving, and caring. My daughter was taken care of very well. She academically and socially thrived under their curriculum. My daughter will be attending their summer camp this summer, and my 14 month old will be at their day care soon. I trust and love them!
